Our Celloglazing offer utilises quality single sided celloglazing machines & celloglaze films to provide the most flexible solution to our wholesale customers.  The offering includes the provision of digital & offset celloglaze film types in varying runs from ten sheets to large volume runs of thousands of sheets on paper sizes ranging from SRA3 to A2 (130gsm to 350gsm).

GBC Delta Celloglazing Machine - (30m Per Minute)

Projective Pty Ltd adds to its short run capabilities through the acquisition of a Universal Laser Systems Inc. Professional Series PLS 6.120D Dual Laser / Dual Head Laser Cutter & Engraver.  The delivery of this type of equipment provides Projective with the capability to provide short run die cutting via our laser cutter in an efficient & cost effective manner. 

Traditional die cutting requires the creation of a knife which has a setup costs of $100's of dollars before the 1st cut is made.  Laser cutting allows for a software based setup which is efficient, effective and comparatively cheap allowing for the production of odd shape materials in short runs....

Projective Pty Ltd provides digital printers with cutting / slitting / creasing / perforating services utilising the Duplo DC-645.  The Duplo DC-645 is a simplified system designed specifically for digital printers to deliver finished products in a single pass.  Each page is able to produce 6 slits, 15 cuts, 10 creases and 2 perforations on a large range of substrates including non coated, coated and laminated stocks from 110gsm  - 350gsm.

In addition to standard pages, Projective also offers wholesale business card trimming utilising the standard business card modules to produce 50mm and 55mm finished business cards at any length (card trimming may also include creasing - bi fold and tri fold).

To support the layout requirements of business card trimming, send us your 1 up business card (at the standard widths of 50mm or 55mm) artwork plus 2.5mm bleed and Projective will impose the file and supply you a print ready PDF of the artwork laid out to support the Duplo DC-645 (20 up per SRA3 page for standard 55mm x 90mm cards).

To assist us provide you the most efficient service possible, we ask that you supply:

   Over's - 10% of the total yield of the job with a minimum of 10 (ten) additional pages of each job;

   A job sheet indicating:

   Finishing services required;

   The required yield (If the spoilage rate in the production produces less than the required yield, we will immediately contact you for additional printed sheets);

   The make & model of the printer that produced the materials;

   Any special instructions relevant to your finishing job;

   A written purchase order or e-mail order (from authorised representative);

   Payment in full prior to the collection of work.

Please be aware - "To ensure you the best possible price we are strictly C.O.D.".

The following methods of Payment are accepted by Projective Pty Ltd:

   Cash ;

   Credit Card: (VCD MCD BCD) 3.0% processing fee will be applied;

   Direct Deposit - Bank: ANZ, BSB: 012 361, ACC: 1980 82557 .

For direct deposit payments, we require a proof of payment in the form of a copy of the bank remittance advice faxed or emailed to us.
